1. Wonder if I miss a call?

All coaching calls are recorded and uploaded to your programs section in your personal app. You can access the recorded calls anytime.
2. How does this differ from the full program?
​
The full program includes a deeper dive into your food relationships. It includes recorded modules, workbooks, weekly coaching, private communication with Meredith, virtual journals for you and Meredith to review, private group chat and group calls, and months of full support and accountability.
3. What if I decide I want to do the full program?
You can join the full program anytime. You will have the full 6 months when you join the full program and instant access to all the additional materials and support.
4. When are the calls?
The calls are live with Meredith via Zoom on Mondays at 10am MST weekly (will be changing to Mondays at 4:15pm MST starting February 1st 2025) . They are each one hour and include both education, support, and coaching. You’ll find comfort and inspiration in knowing you're not alone, hearing other women’s experiences that can provide valuable insights for your own journey.
