Meet Your Expert Meredith Ries LCPC, M.Ed. 

For years I had  a love hate relationship with the holidays, I loved the season, but I knew I would come out of it with tighter clothes and the yearly holiday weight gain. 

 

I always saw those delicious holiday foods as the enemy.  I would tell myself "No" or "you can't have that" only to find myself overindulging on them all later.  I felt defeated and sat in heavy shame and guilt. 

 

Each day I would scold myself, and each day I would eat them all and more.  Eventually I would just give up and tell myself I will just "start over on New Years".   I spent time planning my New Years weight loss and diet plan, feeling dread for the intense restriction to actually start. 

​

Then in 2011 it all changed.  I stopped caring about diets and dove deep into my emotions due to my struggle with intense anxiety.  I quickly started seeing physical results by focusing on my emotions first.  My weight started coming off for good, my confidence exploded, and I was finally experiencing food freedom!

​

I have dedicated my career to helping other women find their emotional power, to live life with confidence and enjoy all the tasty food along the way.  No one has to live fearing food, or sitting in shame and guilt after you eat what you want.  

​

Is the masterclass taught live?

How long is the course?

The masterclass recording is a bit over an hour long. It is broken into 2 modules, so I encourage you to take your time and work through it along with the workbook, so what is taught can be practiced.
