Meredith is far from your ordinary therapist; her passion lies in uncovering the natural root causes affecting health, behavior, and eating habits. She empowers her clients to look deep within themselves, to find their real ability to make changes on a deeper level.
Meredith spent years grappling with her weight and an eating disorder, battling anxiety and depression as she coped by eating her feelings and isolating herself. Through her own transformative journey, she gained invaluable insights and strategies.
Meredith began helping women change their food relationships after receiving her counseling license, Master's Degree, and Nutritional certification.
Over the years, Meredith has been helping clients explore their emotions, food relationships, and shift their mindset.
This exploded into a booming private practice, helping thousands of women break free from diets, emotional eating, and binge eating for good for the past 16 years.

Here are my core beliefs
Weight loss can be a natural part of the process.
Instead of focusing on calorie counting and food measuring, I believe in helping you put your energy into life long skills to understand and change your eating and food habits on a deeper level - allowing you to break free from diet rules, and lose weight as a result of the deep changes.
Change your mindset, change your life
Thoughts drive emotions and emotions drive behaviors. When you understand your deeper internal emotions driving your food choices and behaviors, you finally have the power to change and live freely with ALL food.
The control you so desperately want is not found with a diet, it is found deeper within.
Letting Go to Hold On: Trying to control your diet meticulously can often lead to unexpected binges and a sense of failure. By learning to let go of stringent dietary rules, you can actually gain more control over your eating habits because you do the real work within.
